To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unedited, continuous video of the parcel being opened from start to finish.
Please submit this video via email or WhatsApp within two days of receiving the product to initiate any claims.
When Refunds/Returns Apply
- The item was damaged during transit.
- An incorrect item was delivered to you.
Return of a Product
To return a product, please pack the item(s) in their original condition and send them to:

We will reimburse you for the courier charges.
Replacements & Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm it is in the same condition as when it was sent.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Replacements: If the product is available in stock, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
If the item is not in stock, we will refund the amount.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Mahilisha Creations reserves the right to determine whether an order may be canceled.
The customer agrees to abide by Mahilisha Creations' decision regarding order cancellations and will not dispute this decision.
